Refund Requests must be received within 48 hours of product purchase, and are reviewed on a case by case basis. To submit a refund request you must create a ticket in the discord. Refunds will not be processed through any other forms of communication.

Payment options are handled through our 3rd party service that accepts all major debit/credit cards and Apple pay.

Once you have processed payment, you will be redirected to our landing page website. From here you can change your membership information and cancel membership by making sure the auto renew feature is disabled.
